Our award-winning Fix-A-Disc One Step Machines are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase as long as you purchase your supplies from CD Repairman, Inc.
Internal parts (inside the machine casing) such as motors, fans, wiring, pump, hoses, etc. are covered under the lifetime warranty.
External parts (physically handled in order to operate the machine) such as lid, hinge, knob, top plate, spindle, pads, hub, pump hose, drip lines, filter, and/or compound bottle, when damaged through ordinary wear and tear or proper use, are your responsibility to replace.
Warranty Disclosure: If you choose not to purchase the One Step supplies for your One Step Machine from CD Repairman, Inc, the warranty becomes null and void during that first year. CD Repairman, Inc. cannot be responsible for other products used in our One Step Repair Machines. Using unauthorized product solutions and/or parts may cause damage to the One Step Machines and may not provide the same quality of disc repairs that have been proven and guaranteed by CD Repairman, Inc's product solutions and/or parts.
