"For years now I have been throwing out CD's. I keep them in my car, and
after a while they begin to skip. Quickly they become unplayable. I
assumed it was the Arizona heat taking its toll on the fragile plastic
and I tossed them. I gave my Frank Sinatra CD to the CD Repairman mostly
out of desperation. I was tired of throwing out CD's, but I didn't think
his machine could cure "heat warp". It turns out that my theory was all
wrong. What was causing the skips was not a warp, but dozens of tiny
scratches formed every time I switched CD's. The One-Step polished away
these scratches and now my Sinatra CD plays like new. I kick myself for
all those CD's I threw away. For the price of replacing those CD's I
could have bought my own One-Step, cleaned all my discs to perfection
and even helped out my friends." -- Paul Bennett
